As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Best agency, price is cheaper but with the same benefits. Great support all along my year!

I loved the program
It was a great year with lots of support, organization and true kindness. My LCC was the best and I could always ask for help. I loved the training school, it was a lot of fun and we had some free time to explore NYC. When living with my host family - who was a perfect match for me - I didn’t feel controlled or annoyed by the agency. Every meeting was not obligatory, so I didn’t feel force to do anything. Still, the meetings were a lot of fun. Everything was always explained perfectly by the agency - from beginning to end. Thanks a lot!

I had a good experience
I had a good experience, there were some things that upset me during that experience, but for me it was a lot of learning, I am a much more mature and confident person, after this exchange.

It’s a good experience
It’s a good experience, coming to US as an Au pair is a great opportunity to explore around, to get to know the culture and to improve the English skills. There are great families and we are here as their helpers. The agency should encourage the concept of having an Au pair at home and make that very clear what our duties and functions should be according with the program rules, but other than that is totally worth it and Interexchange definitely does a great job!
