The whole process was very quick for me to find a good family, I only had a problem getting online because I wasn't understanding my previous experiences and that was a little frustrating, other than that everything is good and they helped me a lot.

It was a seamless process. The only thing once I was match, I had a few questions where there was long response time. I am happy with my match and my liaison is awesome. My au pair is adjusting to the American culture.

I am happy with the agency, they send you everything tru emails, I like they support. It could be a little bit easier to reach people to resolve problems tho. We are foreigners in the US, we speak a different languages. It’s harder for us to get into things we are not used to. But i am very satisfied with their work. Just keep it in mind.
