As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

The training was great
The training was great! My agency in Mexico wasn’t great and didn’t tell me some things but good training and my lcc is really nice.

Very good
Very good, my LC(Tracy Hanover) is AMAZING keeps in contact and checks up on me, always there when i need help and as an Au Pair I have not felt anxious during COVID-19 due to the amazing services of InterExchange!
