We joined Au Pair USA as one of many Au Pair agencies we were vetting. We found an Au Pair who we really liked who we found out was in a rematch situation. For those unfamiliar with what a rematch is, it occurs when the original family an Au Pair was matched with does not work out, for any reason. I was able to speak with the coordinator our Au Pair worked with and learn more about the situation. The conversation, I felt, was extremely professional and candid. I then had multiple conversations with our local coordinator and the match support person to make this happen. It was a very fast turn around as Au Pair's in rematch have only 2 weeks to arrive in their new home. Throughout the initial process I was nervous, but felt supported through the whole experience. I have to say our Au Pair is working out wonderfully. She is kind, considerate, competent, and independent.

They helped me alot when I was struggling to find a date for my visa. The company over all is just amazing. They have amazing people working for them.

My family just recently got our first Au Pair. The entire experience start to finish was excellent. Customer service and support from our local coordinator was fast, reliable and top notch.
