As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Au Pair USA
Au Pair USA was very responsive and helpful. There is a good selection of au pairs to choose from. Our local coordinator is attentive and involved and always available when needed. We found a great match and we are very excited for this upcoming year.

So far our family's experience with Au Pair USA has been great! The process was seamless and our au pair is so well connected with our family. Glad that we made this choice. Our referrals and coordinators have been absolutely great in handling our family, matching process and adjustment period. Thanks again to the Myers family, Robin & Joyce!

An incredible experience
I could not have imagined an easier, more effective experience. Each person I worked with was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. The matching process was seamless and Au Pair USA guided me during every step of the process
