We had a seamless experience with adequate information available to answer all our pending questions. As first time participants as an Au Pair host family we were nervous about the process and details, but the team made the whole experience easy. The in-home visit was also helpful. The quality of Au Pair's on the site was also superior to some of the other agencies we tried. In the end we found a perfect match for our family and the agency ensured that both us and the Au Pair were engaged throughout.

I loved/love every moment with Aupairusa. They always make sure you are planned to the T and are always there if you have any questions. I have never flown internationally before. And so they always checked op on me before and after my flights. And still while I am in America they always check up on me now and then. Truly grateful!!
