Au Pair USA by InterExchangeReviews of aupairusa.org

Au Pair USA by InterExchange is a great organization. They help you with everything, and you always have someone to ask if you don't know something or need help. They are super friendly and want the best for you and the host family.

Good response rate via email to queries, a bit slow on the passport website. As much emphasis that is put on the profile on au pairs on passport should be applied to applications/passports of host families as well (this should be monitored so that they accordingly fill in every required information). A guide on activities to do with host children would be helpful. If in-person training could be implemented again instead of online training, it would be much more effective and better especially to form relationships with other au pairs. The time it takes to match with a host family is a bit too long when it comes to my individual case, I could only wish that there was a more bustling flow of host families. Overall experience? They care, they put in the effort and I would recommend them.

There are many things to improve, such as communication, but in general everything is fine. They have helped me a lot, very efficient.

I felt supported at all times.

Since de begining people from the agency have been helpful in a kind way and clarify my concerns

A little heads up about the visa pause would have been nice!
