During situations like this I feel Au pairs should have access to better insurance, I’ve feel like I can’t get sick because I will not be able to pay for things, which honestly feel really bad, besides that everything is great.

I loved the experience I had au pairing with two different families. My first family was more tougher than my second family as it was both our first time in the program. It took us sometime to learn the ropes and after that we fell into routine. With my second family, things were a lot easier and the transition happened greatly.

Staff of this organization are professional and helpful. However, in my experience the the local coordinator may not be as professional as those in headquarters. Some Au Pairs either chose to believe what they want to believe or were mislead not to realize that this is actually a job. I worked with other au pair program before and the au pairs were clearly told that this is a job. They are supposed to help the hosting family. I experienced a couple of Au Pairs in this program that seem to think of themselves as temporarily-adopted daughters. But I also had very good experience with some other au pairs in this program.
