As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

It’s more about cheap workers
Au pair USA is a great agency. But the program is not what it looks like. We are literally working here, it’s more about work, than the cultural interexchange.

Good experience
Overall good. I came here back in January 2020 and after two months the pandemic started. That year I wasn't able to travel or do anything related, but the second year I was able to travel a little bit more and have fun. I wish I had more time due to the pandemic problems. My experience with the family had being amazing, the kids are so nice and adorables. I'm very lucky to be in a very nice family. With the agency have being amazing, the LCC'S always answers my questions and they are always willing to help.

Because of the pandemic
Because of the pandemic, I am not taking advantage of the exchange as I imagined and planned
