In 1 word "genius". The representative was profound and the rest of the order process was effortless.

Ordered yesterday, got it today! They shipped the same day, everything was packed properly, no damage! Came UPS signature required. No complaints!

I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. Great customer support and service!

My shopping experience has been great. Price was extremely well and truly amazing. I'll be back to shop again!

I bought $1500.00 of Yamaha Speakers from this company for my Home Theater Room, I saved a bundle; the Equipment was top quality and so well packaged.... i was so worried as i am very skeptical of on line, because once you have paid what can you do.... These guys are great..

I was a little hesitant to buy my 4k TV online, but after checking AV's reviews i took the plunge. I'm very impressed with the TV and the free shipping is a great deal!. I highly recommend these guys and i will be using them again in the future.
