Terrible shipping problems. 17 days and counting on items purchased. Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.

Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

I tried to buy a TV from them and it has been two months withou any news about theTV or about anything. They don't call me back or answer my e-mails. I am trying to cancel the order and get my money back but seems impossible to get any answer from them.

I bought a Yamaha receiver from then then found out I didn't need it. I called and asked how to return it and followed their mailing instructuctions. (USPS insured). USPS receipt shows it delivered to their address but they claim they never received it. I waited 2 billing cycles to show on my card and by then it was too late to file a claim with USPS. I followed their directions and and now out $458.00. The owners would not budge and give any credit.

I placed an order for a Canon 70D camera with an 18-55mm lens. I did not receive any confirmation email so I contacted support (William/Wilhelm?) who was very polite. However he informed me that the kit I ordered did not come with either a battery or a battery charger. I told him that the product page had a clear picture of the items in the set, which included the battery and charger. Nowhere on the product page is there an actual list of what is, and what is not, included in the set. So the clear picture of a set of items reasonably leads to the assumption that those are included. He acknowledged that the page was not clear and explained that they source their products from many places, hence the discrepancy. He then attempted to up-sell me to a more expensive set which did include the charger and battery, plus other items... My main concern is that the products they are selling are not new, nowhere on the listing is there any mention of 'used' or refurbished' so buyers are certain to assume that the product is new. I am almost sure that Canon does not release unsealed boxes which do not include the battery charger. This site is clearly dishonest and I would strongly advise not using it. False product listings are sure to hide other problems with shipping etc. Hopefully my credit card has not been charged...

I am in the process of buying a Nikkon D330 and found that they had the best price. I put my order in on Friday. They said that I should get the order in 7 Business days. By Wednesday I called them when I noticed that my product was never shipped. They said there was a problem with my card and asked for the code in the back. They put me on hold. They came back and said that everything is fixed and I should be receiving my camera. But wait "is this your first camera or a replacement?" they asked. I did not understand what that had to do with anything, but I said it would be my first. They then try to sell me other items that I would need for the camera. I explained twice that I have all of the things I need I am just waiting on the camera. Then I was put on hold for another long period. He came back on the phone to tell me they do not have that camera left they have to order more. And I won't get my camera until the end of OCTOBER. But he does have a bundle camera that he can get out to me today. I sighed. That sounds like I just got hustled. I canceled the order and they said that they won't charge me. I would hope not.

I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.

Ordered a Sony TV - 54.6” X900B - 11 days ago and haven't received yet. After I placed my ordered, I got a call from a sales rep that insistently tried to sell me an extended warranty. I paid for freight and a 4-year warranty that was allegedly from Sony. I received the warranty, which turned out to be a 3-year warranty from a company named Mack Camera & Video from New Jersey. The TV has not arrived yet. I'm feeling schemed and I definitely don't recommend Audio Video Nation.
