The first website I ordered from took my order, had me wait over a week to tell me they dont have the item available to ship. Directbuyav took my order, charged and shipped my order out same day. I was able to track it online the following day. I ordered this television on Tuesday 12/3, today is wednesday 12/11 and I just signed for my delivery. All in all im a happy shopper
