Great people, fast delivery.
I thought my Xbox was going to take forever to come since it was a busy time of the year for shipping. Got it so fast I wasn't sure if it was a mistake. Very pleased. Thank you.

Awesome customer service!!
I was shopping for a new digital camera and DirectbuyAV had the best prices I could find. After I bought my Nikon I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address (I'm in the middle of moving) and I was able to get in touch with them, get the order changed, and shipped to the right address. They had very helpful customer service people and I love my new camera :)

Fast delivery, Best Price
I had in mind a specific AV receiver for my Media room, spent a lot of time online searching for best price. found it at directbuyav.com. the buying process was simple, easy and quick. and the receiver arrived fast. overall, I am very happy with my new receiver, with the buying process and above all the value.

Love my new Samsung TV!
I ordered a new TV from directbuyav.com because their price was the best I found. I figured I would compromise service for the price break but I was Ok with that. Boy, was I in for a surprise! service was outstanding! my TV came in and in great condition, and they even helped me out over the phone to figure which wire went where... overall experience was awesome and I would be back for more next time I need something

Best price around.
I ordered a 70" tv on this website and received a call from a rep the following day to verify my order information. Rep was polite and helpful. I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. Delivery man brought the tv right into my living. Great service
