We had purchased wireless headphones for a used van we just bought and received the headphones in decent timing and we had trouble with our system not accepting the wireless headphones. Customer service e-mailed promptly with some tips to try to get the headphones to work and when we found our system doesn't support the headphones Audiovideo2go customer service again was very helpful with the return process and prompt on e-mails again.
