Needed new headphones for DVD system in my Dodge RAM pickup. Prices through dealership were outrageous which led me to this site. 2 headphones for same price or less then dealership! placed order and received items within days! Super fast processing and delivery. Simple to use, opened box, put batteries in, selected proper channel on headphones to work with DVD system in truck and viola crisp clear sound from both headphones. Highly recommend these headphones for in car systems. thanks for great product and quick service and delivery.

I was looking for headphones for a vehicle I had purchased that had a DVD system. I had no idea what I needed , I contacted Audiovideo2go, they answered me shortly with a link to what I needed. I am so happy now my granddaughter can watch her movies and I still get my radio. Thank you Audiovideo2go.

However after speaking with them they right away fixed the issue and took care of my needs in a speedy fashion. Decent fix for the problem. They could however come up with some way to speak to their customers !!!!!

Purchased a remote from Audiovideo2go and experienced the best customer service from an online vendor. They were prompt in my replies, quick to provide return shipping labels and were continuously responsive during my communications with them. Would purchase another remote from them and would highly recommend them!

I needed replacement headphones ASAP since we were going away on a long road trip with 3 kids and as usual I waited until the last minute. I wasn't sure which ones I needed so I emailed them. Adam was one of nicest most helpful people I have ever dealt with. He chose the correct ones I needed and promised me I would have them in plenty of time. After I placed my order he then emailed me with exact instructions on how to use them. The headphones came in plenty of time and literally worked right out of the box, no setup required at all. Not to mention the price was the best on the internet. Will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely be using again! Thank you for your wonderful customer service, it was a pleasure!

One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!
