New Yukon only came with two headsets- doesn’t work for three kids. Had to buy one more but couldn’t get any headphones to sync with my 2018 Yukon. Tried standard IR from Amazon, older headsets from my 2016 Yukon - nothing worked. These worked perfectly and were identical to the two that came from the dealer but at a much cheaper price point. Thank you!

After purchasing a 2012 Lincoln MKX the DVD remotes were missing. I ordered one from AudioVideo2go. Upon receipt the remote didn’t work.. I contacted customer support and ran through several attempts to resolve the problem to no avail. Without question a replacement remote was expressed to me. After receiving it, it worked perfectly. I requested information on returning the first remote and was told that I was not expected to return it as I have already been inconvenienced enough. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and commitment to putting the customer first.

Adam was so helpful when I was trying to find headphones for my 2017 Suburban. He explained the reason why the headphones from my old Suburban would not work in my new Suburban. He even sent me a link for the headphones to buy. What a great experience!!

After purchasing 2 headphones and a remote for my Armada I realized the remote was the wrongw one, the people at Audiovideo2go went above and beyond to get me the correct remote with no questions asked. Thank-you for 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ star customer service....

It's not often that you run into a company as dedicated to customer service as AudioVideo2go. I purchased a used Mercedes that came with the wrong headphones, and the dealership wanted over $300 to replace them with the correct ones. While searching online for a cheaper alternative, I bumped into AudioVideo2go, and was able to get t hem for $65!!! After recieving them, it appeared that they were not working properly. Included in the packaging was a flyer that encouraged customers to try contact them if they had any issues, and (I just discovered) complete directions and troubleshooting on the reverse side. I emailed the company and immediately received a response with step by step instructions that resolved my issues, and now my Grandson can happliy watch his videos from his carseat. This company also offered to replace the headsets if the issue was not resolved. No questions asked. They are like those old full service gas stations. Buy with COMPLETE confidence from this company, THEY ROCK!

Audiovideo2go takes care of business like people used to, with integrity and superior customer service. I had to get headphones and a remote for my later model minivan as the dealership did not get them back from the previous owner. This would have been a horribly expensive purchase through the dealership. However, Audiovideo2go not only had the model I needed but the price was very reasonable. Here is where they were above and beyond. One of the headphones had a problem that they would not have know about prior to shipping. I wrote customer service and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. I will buy more products from them and I encourage you to do the same.
