I’ve written a review about this place before. And all was hunky dorey, until… There was moments that truly make your feel completely left in the dark and disappointed. Because they know well and true that u can do anything about it. For example, if there is something that has gone wrong , during gameplay, eg, an abnormally large bet made suddenly that u can’t explain but want to notify the system chat for assistance, you can be assured that nothing !! I repeat absolutely nothing will be done about it . In fact it the best you will get is that is all your fault and that their system shows no error on their end. That will be the same template style answer you will get every time anything occurs that you want to dispute or suggest that it be checked out . This ultimately makes this casino a huge risk and therefore you will be stupid to continue trusting these people who run this site. I’ve been burnt multiple times, call me stupid. But I have had some decent wins which gave me the feeling that it might only be one off, which is totally untrue. Things will continue happening and god knows how often it does. So not only are they ripping u off large sums of money, they know you can’t do anything about it. Let alone speak to a normal human being when a issue like mine arises. My latest issue occurred when I was asleep!! A $273 bet was made which cleaned out my account in one go, and after checking the bet history, and game played. There’s no such kind of bet even possible. In fact the highest bet amount possible is $200. After identify this to the chat service, I was told it’s all fine on the system on their end, and the bet was made with my account. That’s the best they had in reply. Oh and that my frustrations trying to explain myself with screenshots and proof of the error, was left with the same reply. No error on our end. These guys are rip off merchants. Don’t bother, and find a different place to lose your money.
