This is what what keep replying to everytime without putting me through to management Dear, after reviewing your account, we found that your bets exceeded your deposit amount, which violates our terms and conditions. As a result, your winnings have been forfeited, and your original deposit has been returned to your account. We kindly ask you to follow our rules and terms carefully in the future. Thank you for your understanding. ❤️🙏

I’m a Platinum player at Cloud9, and my winnings were unfairly forfeited. The system accepted my bet with no warning, then took away all my winnings after I won. When I asked live chat to put me through to the VIP team, they wouldn’t do it, even though I’m a Platinum member. I just kept getting scripted replies. Cloud9, please reply here and have a VIP manager contact me about my case from yesterday

Only had great experiences, a few good winds very fast payout, good variety of games, nothing to complain about!

They claimed to be never of received my deposit and I lost $50. A Pretty unprofessional experience, also a lot of false promises with bonuses and withdrawals. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who wants to have a fair chance of winning.

Nothing but good experiences playing an withdrawing winning great site , thanks cloud9 for the player friendly service
