I’m a Platinum player at Cloud9, and my winnings were unfairly forfeited. The system accepted my bet with no warning, then took away all my winnings after I won. When I asked live chat to put me through to the VIP team, they wouldn’t do it, even though I’m a Platinum member. I just kept getting scripted replies. Cloud9, please reply here and have a VIP manager contact me about my case from yesterday

They claimed to be never of received my deposit and I lost $50. A Pretty unprofessional experience, also a lot of false promises with bonuses and withdrawals. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who wants to have a fair chance of winning.

I won on a bonus nearly 50 thousand and they won’t let me have a cent refused to pay more then $20 I told them a week before I was a gambling addict and wanted to delete my account but they wouldn’t help they promote they are the best and treat us the worst every week I put hundreds of dollars threw most weeks getting nothing back I do not recommend playing they will scam you in the end

This website was great till last month no problems at all. Since last 2 weeks if you are making payments they say we did nt recieved and when you withdraw they are taking more than 10 hours to withdraw. Even now i made payment and on my end ot shows processed unfortunatly they are saying not recieved..i have contacted my bank even rhey said payment approved. Send all the proof for justification but no results. Hpwever we have to wait atleast 12 hours to deposit and another 12 hours to withdraw. Not recomended now but it was great platform before. Never again here, hopefully i can find my funds which they say did nt recieved but on my end it has been processed.

I’ve written a review about this place before. And all was hunky dorey, until… There was moments that truly make your feel completely left in the dark and disappointed. Because they know well and true that u can do anything about it. For example, if there is something that has gone wrong , during gameplay, eg, an abnormally large bet made suddenly that u can’t explain but want to notify the system chat for assistance, you can be assured that nothing !! I repeat absolutely nothing will be done about it . In fact it the best you will get is that is all your fault and that their system shows no error on their end. That will be the same template style answer you will get every time anything occurs that you want to dispute or suggest that it be checked out . This ultimately makes this casino a huge risk and therefore you will be stupid to continue trusting these people who run this site. I’ve been burnt multiple times, call me stupid. So not only are they ripping u off large sums of money, they know you can’t do anything about it. Let alone speak to a normal human being when a issue like mine arises. There’s no such kind of bet even possible. In fact the highest bet amount possible is $200. After identify this to the chat service, I was told it’s all fine on the system on their end, and the bet was made with my account. That’s the best they had in reply. Oh and that my frustrations trying to explain myself with screenshots and proof of the error, was left with the same reply. No error on our end. These guys are rip off merchants.
