Great customer service so far. Technician (Shane) took a lot of care installing and running the cable so it is not noticeable.

The service tech did a fabulous job with my new Internet install. He was on time and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. I had some unique requests for how the line was run to my house and he did a great job at listening and doing what I wanted.

My service call was answered in a timely manner and as soon as the representative realized they could not fix the problem over the phone, they set up a very timely appointment with a service technician. The service technician called to let me know when he would be at my home, he checked connections away from the home before arriving, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and respected my home.

Would Highly recommend my Technician to another customer! Very knowledgeble and did a follow up call later that evening.

I am happy with the uverse internet and the technician that installed it did a good job and answered all my questions
