I tried to have a professional installation. No one showed up, no equipment arrived. I spent two hours on the phone trying to talk to someone, never could get pass your stupid auto noticed system so cancel both phone and internet and went with charter

I was only getting a quote and they scedule a day to install that makes me mad when i asked this is just a quote he said yes

The guy was supposed to be here between 12-4...... it's almost 7pm and he's still not here!!! This is BS!!!

I made a bundle order with AT&T. The tech showed up to install it and then informed me that the company had removed the television component of the bundle and that if I wanted it back I would have to call in and place an order for it again. Many phonecalls later, I still don't know what happened. And now I apparently have to wait for a tech to show up again with no guarantees that they will execute the order properly. Poor, poor customer service overall.

My service isn't turned on as promised it got changed to another day and I wasn't informed I'm very unsatisfied

Hi to whom it may concern I'm LaToya I paid for att service over two weeks ago and I still don't have my service I'm so disappointed at this point I'm staying calm. Why is it that people pay there money for something and it takes technician forever to install the service.But if we late with the payments there quick to disconnect🙏🙏🙌💃🚹🙋

Im VERY disappointed at the way AT&T has handled my situation. Originally called on May 19,2015 for new business services. Scheduled for Tues, May 26, time frame 8am- 8pm for installation. I Wait ALL day- NO SHOW! First time I can ever say I've ever been stood up by AT&T, I planned appointments around this installation. After nobody had enough courtesy to call me and let me know they were having a "work overload" I called the following morning. MAY 27,at that time I was told the rep/installer would be out to my business that day sometime. Well that day (May 27) I had oral surgery already scheduled so I wasn't in the office all day. Office was closed. The guy on the phone told me the rep/installer didn't need access into the building (which I was confused by- because its a brand new business getting telephone and DSL. So I said OK. Come to find out the rep/installer needed access to inside the building - so the landlord let him in. I go to the office the following day May 28- I have no dial tone on the new line installed the day before and no wifi??? I call At&T at 12:45pm May 28th- was transferred to 3 different people nobody could find my account. At 1:21pm and 3 people later, they tell me I needed to hang up and call this other number for customer service because they couldn't transfer me. At 1:23pm I speak to customer service, she can't help me because they gave me the number for the residential accounts, she transfers me to business accounts. Finally at 1:36pm I speak to John in business dept. we finally get off the phone at 2:06pm and long story short-he tells me I need to get a telephone ticket because there is a problem with the phone line and in the meantime he has to resubmit a new order for the DSL and NOW they can't flip their switch for our service to be turned on -UNTIL June 3rd and I was instructed to check throughout the day to see if DSL had been connected. SO it went from me calling in for new service on May 19,2015 @ 12:19pm, paid $100 deposit and getting installed on May 26th from 8am-8pm-to NO SHOW- no phone call- to now paying another $100 deposit because it was a new order ( supposedly they will refund my first $100) to now getting it flipped on- on June 3,2015 (sometime during the day). Not to mention IM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL BACK re: my ticket repair which I have a ticket number for as of May 28 at 1:55pm. I finally got off the phone with AT&T at 2:06pm. Absolutely ridiculous for me to be on the phone from 12:45p-2:06pm re: something I already have an order for and paid for but all of the sudden nobody could find my info!!!!! AND Now still no phone call back re my phone line that has issues!?!?!? Not a happy first time business customer!!

Ordered service for my trailer at the lake on Wed May 20 you sent a email with a order number and said I would receive another email with install date I never got that email so I called the number on the first email to find out the status of my service no one there could find anything on my order I wad transferred to 3 different department and still have not got service of heard any thing from ATT .I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE
