I had a great experience while setting up my new account. The customer service rep was very energetic and seemed to enjoy her job. Which is refreshing to see with declining service in today's world.

We had a slow start but the overall services I've received I like my internet worked thru the rain (which I'm not use to) and my channels are perfect they fit every critia I need Thanks At &T I hope we have a great continued service!!!

RECEIVED 2 calls reminding of appointment....and Representative was actually there on time....Seriously!! I could not believe it. Then, we were off to a good start. The Service Tech knew exactly what his job involved and had all the correct answers to my questions....his name is Brent! Very polite and professional. He had to go up in our attic to get our install started and he never complained - very hot up there! Once he got our service as far as he could, he asked their dispatch to get the engineer...took only about 20 minutes before he was there and finished.. BEST INSTALL EVER!!! WE LOVE OUR U-VERSE! THANK YOU AND BRENT FOR A GREAT JOB!!!

as long as my service stays on if i pay my bill im happy with the service. Cant say the same with twc.

The Customer Service person was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the U Verse package that I was interested in ordering for my apartment. I would recommend this service to other people at this time.

Rey was able to setup my service quickly without any issues. He was very friendly and was a good example of what AT&T stands for.
