The tech was on time, efficient, and very knowledgable.

Very satisfied with the technician who did my installation very unsatisfied with customer service who told me on the day of my service being installed that they could not find me in the system yet a couple minutes later a tech was ringing my doorbell.

the tech who came out here was very friendly, he knew what he was doing set up our phone and uverse connection as quickly as possible and all is working well so far.

The installation was on time and fast. Installer answered all my questions. He connected some of wireless devices. I had some operator error after his departure but he left me his phone number. He answered right away and solved my problem. Great technician/installer.

The technician showed up on time, was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and everything is working great so far! He called in advance when he was on his way and he callled later to follow up on the service. He provided great customer service and so far, don't have any complaints on my service.

Timothy was very nice and completed the install in a timely manner. I didn't at all feel uncomfortable being alone with him. He set up everything, showed me how to work it, went through all the channels, and left contact info!!! Great experience!!!!
