Just moved to the area and decided to use ATT for the first time. So far it's been great! Set up was easy and getting an appointment was fast. we didn't have to wait weeks like we've had to in the past with other carriers.

Moved From A Uverse Neighborhood To A DSL Neighborhood. Initial Hookup Date Was Two Weeks Out, But Was Able To Call Back And Get It Moved Up. Took A While To Get People On The Phone, But Everyone I've Spoken With Has Been Helpful. Had To Buy A DSL Gateway For $100.

From start to finish the technician guided me through the steps needed for installation. I was truly impressed with the trainee being efficient and able to do what was expected with minimal guidance from the trainer.

Excellent people skills are a plus when looking to order any service, and AT&T has proven to me just that. There operators are freindly and assure that u understant all services and payment plans available and offer the best one to u within ur budget to avoid cancelation. I am happy with service and have reccomended to all my family friends. Thank you

I left all my information, then your staff sent email said that my application was rejected, the only reason is that they made mistake of my DOB, after correct, it's okay.

Dude, we just got our new place and we got AT&T for cable and internet, hands down the best service we've had!!! So many channels and to top it off we have 2 DVR boxes!!! And don't forget the high speed internet to use our PS4 on!! It's amazing!!

AT&T sent me the routor but could not service my area. On top of that i told them I was shopping around and did not want to commit just yet and the sent the order any way. The sales people were really pushy.
