I got this service thinking that it was a good deal with the DSL internet and the phone combined. The whole setup process over the phone was kind of extensive and I'm sure we discussed that I used internet for gaming and streaming videos, email, etc. However, after I get the service and set it up, it runs somewhat slowly and on technical support call with AT&T after my modem just stops working for my computer, I am told that the service I have is not at all recommended for use with video streaming, which I have been using it for with Netflix. I am disappointed with the service that I got and the fact that it can't be upgraded because of the area that I am located in. I wish that it would have been clearly stated that my service would be somewhat slow and not beneficial for what I needed it for. The phone service is fine so far, with the telemarketing calls that start after beginning new phone service. I sincerely hope that I'm not locked into a 2-year contract so that after my lease ends next year, I still won't be stuck with this sub-par internet service and speed.

I haven't had Att&t for over 15 years and I still ask myself if I have made the right decision in choosing them now. We will see how things go this time arounnd.

The package we were offered was a great deal. We are however less than satisfied with the customer service of AT&T. I called to set up service and told everything was good to go. I then however called to change a setup time a few days later and was told that they have no record of my account. After the second time setting up my install date and package I was called a THIRD time by AT&T telling me that the install had not been officially set up. Very frustrating. We have also called the guy who came out to install our cable and Internet a couple times with some questions and have recieved no answer or returned calls.

I got the cheapest cable so there is not much in the way of good channels and to soon to see about Internet at this point.

I had my service to begin on 3/8/2014 and It is fine I thought it was a little odd how I have already been billed and paid for my service with in the first (less) than ten days. But my internet fits my needs....at this time, Thank you for your time.
