Your installer called me before arriving ans was here pretty close to the time we agreed. The installation took almost 3 hours which was much longer than i was expected. It was explained to me that he was having difficulties getting a dial tone to the house.He worked at the problem until he got it solved.By the way his name was Larry. He was respectful to me and the property. He even left me his number in case I had any troubles.Thanks for a job wll done.

Over 2 weeks ago I contacted AT&T to establish internet services along with home phone service (200 minutes). I was frankly disappointed that due to some technical issues my services were being deferred. I checked again this week and was told the same thing. I am not accustomed to waiting for what should be a simple request. Again, this week I have not heard anything to confirm a date when service will be established. Because of the horrible service I have secured services through another provided and wish to completely cancel this order request. Irvinder Singh 601-913-3457

The tech was terrific, its the rest that puzzles me. I wanted internet, phone and fax. When I signed up for this they didn't explain services very well or I could have got all my services installed at one time, the tech came and installed the internet, and said that someone would be out to setup the phone and fax. I have had a appointment or this for over a week, no one ever called to setup a phone/ fax appointment. Now my install apt has come and gone, the one thing I needed was a phone line. Don't have that and have no idea when I may get the line installed. I could have gotten all installed at one time if I was told that VOIP can do the fax, and phone lines. This is not a very efficient way of doing business. on a scale of one to 10, I rate the tech at 10, ATT I rate at 5. hope this helps you. cause I still have no business phone or fax, and no real idea when I may get them. thanks ATT

The only speed they had available for me was 1.5 Mb/sec. It wasn't fast enough for streaming Amazon Prime videos (but it was fast enough for Netflix). In the end, I wouldn't have saved enough money to justify such slow speeds and inconvenience, so I cancelled during the trial period.

I changed to AT&T for the High speed Internet, what a waste of time and money. I can't even watch Netflix without being kicked off. And it took 12 or more different phone calls just to get the initial setup appointment, that was the red flag right there.

Planned on having my Internet set up on a Tuesday, never got turned on because they had the wrong address. When I called to make changes, they told me it would take another week for service. Second time around, I called to confirm that they were gonna come out, they couldnt find any of my information, not through name, address, phone number or confirmation number. I was literally on the phone for 2 hours getting transferred over & over to different departments. I never got any service nor did they ever call to confirm anything. Thats when I decided to go elsewhere.

Just switched from verizon and att is very skow compared verizon.

All I wanted was decent cell service and a new land line. I have been an AtTT user for many years. When I moved to Reno my mobile connection was awful! Dropped calls, sporadic connections, two bars if I stood very still in one place. After one call I was told that I was talking to California and had to call Nevada service. One woman on Friday promised faithfully to call back on Monday. Guess what - no call. One call resulted in a confirmation number that the next person said was invalid. At one point I had two confirmation Numbers, two new phone numbers and two installation dates. After trying to cancel both I sheer disgust, decided later to go ahead and keep one. I needed a microcell to improve local reception, was told it would be $199 to send me one, the next person told me I had to go to an ATT store to get one. For a business that specializes in communication, they really stink! Every call resulted in at least one transfer, some were dropped. I'm still so disappointed in the lack of support and ability to problem-solve.
