Didn't actually know when the service would start or that a local installer would contact me when I was passed off to a security firm trying to sell me service. After that everything went smoothly when 2 days later an installer showed up and got us running with no issues. The internet could be faster, but was the best combination of speed and price.

I left AT&T internet years ago after being frustrated with dropping. I am happy to report that the DSL service has vastly improved. Quick internet is important to our home and business. The representatives have been very helpful, and worked through my orders. Some have had to learn new procedures, others were on it and knew what to do. Our phone systems require some advanced knowledge to work with, so those who knew what to do saved me half the time on the phone. My only down side was my internet order not going through the first time. This may have been a communication problem, or just a mistake on the representatives end. The service technician that installed my internet help me get it running. I can't say how much I appreciated this extra effort. It also saved me a lot of time in set up.

Installation guy called me on his way over and got here right when he said he would, but installation ended up taking a while. To make up for it, he gave me more storage on my DVR or something. I was happy with the compensation, and the installation guy himself was clean cut, kind, and pleasant to deal with. Plus the TV and Internet have been stellar so far.

The installer Terry was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure all of our needs where handled.

I had a little trouble getting my internet set up but only because of a line connection problem. I called customer service and was told that a field member would be coming to my house two days later to fix the line and get my internet up. To my surprise, the very next morning, I had a field guy pulling into my driveway and he immediately fixed the problem and got my internet working a day sooner than the recommendation! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. Customer service called a couple days later to follow up with my internet service. I felt very cared for during this situation. I also just switched my phone service over from Sprint as well! I'm very happy with having service out in rural California! Thanks AT&T!

Initially we had some miscommunication when I called for ATT-U-verse. After instillation when I became aware we didn't receive what I wanted, ATT changed the plan to suit us. So far we are very happy with the service. Still waiting on my free $100.00 gift card as was promised.......

CSR was very helpful on the phone and our service works great. The response time from pressing remote button to box reaction is sometimes delayed, but no big deal.

I order landline service for my Mom's new assisted living apartment on March 17th and requested that service start on or after March 29th (the date she was moving in). I provided her service address and my address as the billing address. On March 18th I received an email indicating that the phone service would be installed on March 25th and listed Mom's address as both the service address and mailing address. I called on March 19th to explain that she would not take possession of the apartment until March 29th and she would not be available for the 25th. spoke to many reps at AT&T, a few of which tried to be helpful but ended up transferring to another department. Five or six hours on the phone and still no resolution. Mom is now moved in, but still has no landline. This is a safety issue--I live almost 500 miles from her and take care of all her financial affairs. Spoke to AT&T rep on 4/3 with very good results. Not transferred, but rather assured issue will be taken care of. What a relief!
