2 of the 3 customer service people I dealt with were very nice and genuine. The third was indifferent/rude. I can't say whether the Internet is good or not but setup has been very difficult. I was stood up for my setup apt. - after calling custome service they had scheduled for a day 4 days after the day I had scheduled (on a day I would be out of town) at a completely random time. After requesting the service be turned on same day they said even though it was their error they wouldn't be able to change the apt. Unfortunately it took threatening to cancel my service altogether in order for them to offer coming earlier in the week. While they eventually did do what I asked I hate that it takes extremes in order for them to care enough to do something small in order to keep a customer happy. Hopefully once it's set up everything will run smoothly. I'm still willing to give the u-verse and att a go.

No one ended up showing up to the installation. I called MULTIPLE times to contact the company and figure out what was going on (because no one showed up) and I was not helped with at all. I was transferred two-three times and every time the call would end or they would give me a number that was useless!

It's not the at&t service tech fault that I don't have service yet yes you heard me right I don't have service even if it was the tech fault I don't have internet service. How do I feel, so disappointed and now I have to wait even longer. Imagine this, I was so excited that i was getting internet service from the day I ordered it but I'm only getting at&t cause I can't get Comcast out of all the other buildings the building I live in is the only building on the block that doesn't get Comcast. So I'm not happy that I took the day off for nothing I lost money that I could of made and to top it off I'm a day behind in work and will have to work on Sat. to make it up. It is what it is and that's at&t for you. But AT&T has some of the nicest techs

I called At&t for the Uverse package, including phone and internet, got all signed up and was told the next day that the Uverse wasn't available in my area and I was getting Dish??? When I complained, whoever I was talking to told me they would send me $50.00 certificate. I still haven't received that. Then I got the modem for the internet and found out that I had to install it myself. Are you people insane? I am 66 years old. I don't do installation!!!!! So far I am not a bit happy with AT&T!!

I am disappointed that I have had to have 2 additional calls to get the services working properly. Getting knocked off line still occurs ..... It happened at 7:34 pm and also shortly thereafter interrupting the feed of the hockey game. Yes I am wondering if I made a a bad choice.

I called in from work so that I could be there when they put In my WiFi never showed up then called two minutes before the time they was suppose the show up and asked to reschedule.

The phone sales guy was nice. Told me I'd be charged $89/month for internet, cable, phone. When the installer came, there was no order for a phone and the cable package was the next level. The installer was professional and honest. He said the installation would take 4-6 hours because he had to run a new wire, try to add the phone to the order, and get the software pushed to the box. When I tried to followed up with the 800 number, they said they couldn't do anything about the bill and that they were sorry and would pass along the feedback, but couldn't transfer me to billing. So when my first bill came, I expected to be charged an installation fee, but was charged full price for the phone line. Finally, a change could be made...but it was only a $25 reduction on the bill. Terrible! Take a customer service lesson from WOW. No wonder I had been a WOW customer for 12 years.

We changed our original date to the next day as we were out of town, they showed on wrong day. We waited on our confirmed date and no one showed . We have decided to stay with Comcast.
