I switched over from TWC and AT&T made the experience easy and pleasant. My order was taken promptly, equipment arrived quickly and service started on time. When I had a billing question it was handled pleasantly. A technician had to come to the house for some wiring issues (old house) and he was professional, courteous and thorough. Everyone I talked with acted as if they wanted me to have a good experience with AT&T.

So far i've love it.

I first contacted AT&T to get internet service. When speaking with the rep I was not pressured into looking at additional products, which was a relief from the usual phone calls to companies. Once the info was relayed to me about the internet set up I then asked about possibly getting cable service. The convenience of not having to get a satellite, which is a hassle where I stay, was good to find out. The appointment was set up within a couple days of contacting them. Once the installer got here he was very professional & got everything set up in a timely manner. We have enjoyed the service since it was set up and have had no issues. I really wish I had known this info sooner to have had it set up months ago.

I love the service and it is so much better than my local cable provider. I want to tell everyone about u-verse

You are tye first company that has helped with technical issues, and has been cheap on billing.

The installer showed up right on time. Very courteous and professional. Checked out that everything was working fine before he left. Internet much better than DSL. The U-Verse price for phone and internet much less than what I was paying before.

Im loving my att service so far...Love all the channels and the super fast internet...I would so tell more friends about att service
