I had a great experience, there was no time wasted and it was quick and easy

INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB!

Installer A+++++ telephone help not so much, I wanted to order 12 meg download service and they said i could only get 6 Meg I know this is incorrect as my daughter lives in the same neighborhood and she currently has 12 meg download service, i fact she lives on the same street as i do.. the installer did a great job and was very helpful.. WOULD STILL LIKE TO GET 12 MEG download!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy uverse and all the channels I receive. If like the price to be below $100 for what I receive but I satisfied. It better than direct tv and time warner cable

Chris was very friendly and polite the installation took longer than expected due to an old crazy apartment building but he was very good about keeping me informed about what was going on the whole time. Although he took a little while to install, when he was finished he was very thorough about the different products available and all the features. He was very knowledgeable, and the service itself is outstanding. All of which helped me feel confident that I had made the right decision when selecting my internet and cable service provider.

I just got my service installed the other day, ryan the installer was awesome he set everything and before he left he made sure I understood everything

Great and fast Install tech. Very personable. Quick and accurate. Thanks AT&T

I was really excited when I find out that they would break my installation and modem fees into installation. And I have internet again!
