Worst experience ever! Customer "service"?
I wanted to move my 96-year-old mother c. 1 mile away to a new assisted living. The first day it took 2.7 hours, including supervisor, to tell me her credit was "blocked", the service had to be "new" with activation fee (which they later waived), and she could keep her old phone number. Later that day e-mail confirmation comes in changing her phone number. Next day, I spent 1.4 hours with Edward who sympathetically said he would change it to the correct number. Confirmation shows no change. Next day, I talked to Lois who assured me she had it fixed, had talked to the right people in Folsom, CA and would get to the root of the problem with the supervisor who should have known better that this is simply a "move", not a "new activation." Seeing no change in the status of the order, I spoke to another person who simply changed it over the phone to the right number and the phone number and service worked. What an ordeal!
