I was started a AT&T service for Internet like a month it's really good fast I like it then the other internet service coustomer service is really good and fast thanks to AT&T

Having been a previous customer of Bright House for my Wifi. I can honestly say that my AT&T Wifi blows them off the charts. Not o my is the connection stronger, I can walk through the neighborhood and still be connected to my wifi. Thank you At&t, you've made my teenage son extremely happyNd that makes me a happy mama.

I ordered my service and was given a installation date. When the day came no one showed up to install service and I needed it for work. The next morning I called at around 8am and had to have everything done by 11am. Well, I couldn't have gotten a more knowledgeable rep. (Lavine id#LD2007) was very professional and caring. He didn't just tell me what need to happen to get my service on and transfer me to someone else, he took it upon himself to handle my file and get everything straight. A true example of a customer service agent!

We signed up for TV, phones and Internet. The guys were prompt, professional and FAST! They did take time to help us learn a few things about the new TV remote and made absolute sure everything was working properly before they cleaned up to leave. We've been using this service for 3-4 months now and have been very satisfied.

The installation technician's were on time an extremely helpful. They left personal numbers in case I had difficulties, which I have never seen with a company. The cable is working great and I have had no problem with the internet. All in all, very satisfied.

I love the new AT&T U-Verse service.
