Believe it works great!
Didn't have to wait too long but only half day(I went with 9.99) when I got email from AT&T iPhone Unlock. Connected to iTunes, "Congratulations", to make long story short.

Excellent service
I'm really satisfied with the service of factory unlocked my 2 iphones quick and working great. I did recommended my friends to use this service to unlock their iphones

fast and reliable
I've used them professionally for at least 25 iPhone unlocks and have never had an issue with them. They are my first choice for permanent factory unlocks.

Could be better
Admittedly I made a mistake in that my phone was not locked to AT&T and I didn't realise service was for phones locked to AT&T only. Had online conversation with support person who were helpful and eventually pointed out my error. I apologised for mistake and asked if I could have a refund. Apparently their 'policy' does not allow for refunds! Which left me thinking that I will definately not be using service in future or recommending to friends.

Dear Consumer, yes, indeed, you are quite right. We don't refund if the user buy unlock for the wrong carrier and this policy is widespread among such services. But we have something that others don't. Every one who get Not Found code can still use one free unlock for iPhone locked to AT&T. We can't refund for consumer's mistake but we provide a second chance. You still have one free unlock, so you can use it to unlock AT&T iPhone.

Is fast to say they unlocked it
They should put in the main page that if u do there Unlock that they will no longer be able to use that phone carrier you have to go to the facts actually learned in the FinePrint that you can't go back to the carrier Ruining your contract if you still have one with them and unlock never work. Dissapointed

Dear Consumer, we do have this info on or website. It is in the special places like FAQs and Terms and Conditions. It is highly recommended to read Terms and Conditions before buying any service.
