I contacted them more then several times about my AT&T 3GS iOs 6.1.3 and they kept saying I would not have a problem. I really did not want to be tethered and have to worry about powering down so I decided that I would try it. I had bugged them so much I paid the slightly higher price. I am not a whiz at understanding everthing but I made it through it and to tell the truth if I was a modern person about 53 years younger I could have done it in a snap. I am really happy and I am with the carrier I can afford. A big THANK YOU these pros. I also want to say a gentalman named Jay at my carrier was great too.

Because I had already been burned once by another company,I decided to do a thorough research this time around. I chose this company after reading all of the reviews and I was not disappointed! I submitted my order and decided not to pay for the expedited option and go with the 9.99 basic unlock service just in case I would have to hassle them to get my money back if the unlock did not work. I received a confirmation right away after the order was submitted and within a few hours a second email arrived confirming that the unlock had been successful. My teenage daughter was then able to complete the process on his own and she now has a fully functional phone that she will be able to use when she travel abroad next Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this company. Unlocking the phone was quick, simple, and inexpensive.

Well the ordering experience was rather easy and effortless; however, I was under the impression that the unlock would complete almost automatically. Perhaps I would be sent a code that I had to enter or something. But no, instead I have to extract my SIM card and insert one from a different carrier. First problem is that iPhones use a mini SIM card which I've never seen before. Second problem is that most other US carriers don't even use SIM cards. So now I have to wait until next time I go oversees to see if this unlock worked. That'll be in about 9 months. So maybe this service is awesome, but I just wish I had known about all the steps before I had made the purchase.

Was very skeptical at first! I figures it was too good to be true since many of the local phone stores charged a lot more ($60!!!) just to do the same. Will definitely refer to my friends who are still stuck in contract!
