Worth every penny!
Paid for iPhone 4 Out-Of-Contract Unlock service for $65 on Jan 3, 2014. Term was 30-business day delivery but came to my surprise on Jan 18, 2014 already completed. Satisfied!

Its Just waste of time and is a scam only....
I tried to unlock my iphone 4s which is working on AT&T with this company... I followed-up these people around 1 month and finally these people refunded my money... Its just waste of time..I will suggest to not go to this company for any unlock...

According to the new AT&T policy they can now refuse to unlock any IMEI. So sometimes we are not able to get unlock for your device (and there is nothing we can do about that). In this case we always fully refund each failed unlock transaction. We clearly wrote about it in the description to all our unlocking packages. Also we posted an article in our News category about such recent changes: http://www.att-iphone-unlock.com/att-iphone-unlocking-orders-delayed/. However, sorry for any inconvenience.

Do not try to unlock under contract phones with them
My Iphone 4 was under contract and I notified and asked prehand of that possibility. After a week they informed of the unlock, but none of IMEI servers show of the unlock was done and restores failed. After every email, I got different reasons or controversial replies like "yes, its unlocked", "Sorry your IMEI has problem, takes more time", "Are you trying to scam us since our server shows unlocked", "show a video proof that it is locked" etc. They delete all comments (i'M by far not alone here) on Facebook that had problems with their service and leave positive ones, leaving false impression of their impeckable service.

Great service but AT&T sucks!
I have ordered unlock a month ago and it failed. But I want to review a customer service. I contacted them almost everyday during the month but never been ignored. They answered on all my mails and explained that AT&T unlocking service was delayed. I went to google and really found such info. AT&T changed everything: prices, delivery time, unlocking policy... I put only 4 stars because my iPhone is still locked however I received refund and was pleased with the support service.
