Assistant had great patience and was obviously very knowledgeable regarding how to load down the program I purchased. Very grateful.

Chris was very helpful and solved by problem quickly and effectively!

The support was excellent! Courteous and prompt.

I purchased OFFICE for my iMac I inherited from my mom. Little did I realize that I had purchased a current version (2019) but this Mac was too old & did not support the software. It took 3 days (weekend...ugh!) but CHRIS V. (BIG shout out!!) worked tirelessly to get me into Office 2011 so that I could have good office tools to use going forward. I had a little bit of apprehension when asked to let them screen share with me (a quick Google search showed them to be legit...YAY) but once Chis was able to access the correct software for me he was able to get it installed & working in less that 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend ATOMSOFTWARES> They are kind and accommodating!

Chris from Atomsoftwares was very patient and helpful in getting my microsoft office programs working for me. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed excellent service once I was connected. My suggestion is that you make access to technical support in the United States more obvious and easy--like a phone number!

Very helpful, prompt and courteous, everything clearly explained.

The service was quick and helpful!
