I attempted to purchase Microsoft office suite online and download to my laptop while at Starbucks. I was having problems and becoming stressed and sent a request to the helpdesk. They got back to me within a few minutes, and we got on a call then screen shared and he installed it for me. It look longer because I was on shared Wi-fi network, but he wasn't worried about it and stayed on the call with me for more than 30 minutes. I needed a quick response in order to complete slides for an early morning meeting the next day. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the prompt support!! Thank you again for making the installation of my purchase fast and pain free!

Charles, your rep, was patient with me. I had been trying to download the Microsoft and it just wouldn't work for me. So I called the number, and got him.

I was at first worried that I spent money on a product I would not be able to figure out how to use but when I called the support center I was immediately connected with Charles and he did everything that needed to be done to get my product online. Thanks big time!!
