The company offered immediate tech support on a Saturday afternoon...my issue was fixed in minutes! Great service

Charles was outstanding, very knowledgable and patient.

Mr Charles was able to demonstrate to me that he is a true professional. his knowledge of the job is very amazing. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of similar services.

Chris did an amazing job of helping me with my problem.

very prompt and clear questions and support

Chris, is a great agent. He is very helpful and talked and took over the situation with profession and kindness and with patients. If I have another issue I hope Chris is the one that helps me. Thank you!!!

The product was not what would work on my computer and Office 2021 does not perform for my needs. Found out about the glitches and performance on my computer but Atom software says "tuff luck" for digital downloads. Office 2021 is not for me at this time.

I have nothing but good things to say. The person with whom I worked was magnificent--extremely patient and kind. Sheila Teahan
