My order hasn't arrived. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery, I haven't received any information from either the tracking page or from you.

Excellent support and quality
Fast shipping, excellent communication via WhatsApp, and a beautiful watch and additional strap. I have been burned several times before by "microbrand" watch companies, so this was a pleasant surprise. I will order another watch from them soon.

No replies or communications
I placed my order 6 days ago, for a watch marked "fast delivery", I received a order confirmation, but as of today I didn't receive any other communication, two days ago I emailed the "support" email but nobody replied. It doesn't look good or a serious company. Starting to worry... Obviously traking service is non existent.
