ATNReviews of atncorp.com

I was gonna get a rifle scope, thermal binoculars, a laser rangefinder, and a kestrel ballistics meter. Then I came across ATN and their Thor 5. 🤯 Their customer service team is also super responsive which is rare. Thanks for helping me MY.

Chamberlain was extremely helpful in getting my order through and processed. Looking forward to my new ATN.

Was ready to purchase and had a few quick questions to get answered. Did the online chat and Chamberlain immediately messaged me back and got all of them answered very promptly, ensured the items I wanted were in stock, and even sent the invoice directly to me! Made the buying process extremely easy!

I have ATN Thor 4 for 5 years. Scope is great. That being said I had an accident in November and scope frame got broke and I contacted ATN customer service who acted quickly to make arrangements for scope to be repaired. Now it is middle of December I have contacted them many times and each time I speak to a different rep and no one can give you a straight answer. I am talking to someone in CA when scope is getting repaired in Fla. The second week after I didn’t hear anything I called and was told 1-2 days. After two days not hearing anything I called back and again told 1-2 days. This went on for two weeks then I was told It will be one week. The customer service rep Pablo at that time told me that over 3 weeks was way to long and he would put repairs under warranty and he would work on getting it straightened out. I waited a week and a half to call back and the same run around and the rep on this call states no documentation of my call with Pablo and work has yet to be started and i am waiting on someone to call me with a price. Don’t get me wrong I expected to pay for repairs initially as I have had scope for 5 years. I did appreciate the offer to place repairs under warranty and eased my frustration over the poor service. Now scope not repaired, no one can find the offer to fix under warranty and going into 6th week. RIDICULOUS NON customer service!!!!

I was having some difficulty with a purchase online but in a chat with Chamberlain the purchase was resolved quickly and efficiently. It was an excellent experience and I was very pleased with the result.

Milen Y is an amazing customer service representative, quick response and fixed my issue with my missing ATN XSIGHT 4K Pro 5-20 Eye cup! I have always loved ATN products, and this support has made me a dedicated customer for life now.

The chat feature was great when researching and making my purchase on the ATN website, Chamberlain got me a deal as well. Would highly recommend and I'll be making future purchases down the road.

Chamberlin was very nice to work with. He was extremely helpful and worked with me to solve my issue. Highly recommend.
