Chamberlain was great !!!! He addressed all my concerns in a professional manner. I traded up to a more sophisticated product at his recommendation to suit my needs. I would recommend ATN not only for their great products but the customer service is outstanding. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chamberlain helped me decide on which scope to buy. I was not sure which one to buy since there are so many brands and models out there. Chamberlain convinced me to buy the ATN X sight 5 lrf because of the features and what I was using it for. I really appreciated him going over the different accessories and what would benefit me without just selling me stuff that I did not need. He also gave me the sense that I would be taken care of if I ever had problems.

Purchased ATN thermal scope. The scope would not connect to my phone. Customer service was not helpful or polite while trying to set scope up. Took five phone calls over three days and two emails to finally get someone to process a refund. The refund policy is up to 21 days, which is way to long for thousands of dollars. Will not buy from again. Unfortunately just another company that wants your money and has bad service, policies and support.

I used my ATN Thor 5 LRF to take 3 hogs last weekend. The Thermal scope is amazing. I also have a X sight 4 infrared scope that does great also. Thanks ATN for making such great products. Bruce

Talked with an ATN rep named Chaimberlain. Excellent service; I could tell he was wanting to take care of the customer. Thats why I keep repeat purchases from ATN.
