Kelly Prince made the whole return process easy. When you have to return something that you have paid good money for, it’s not an enjoyable process and sometimes the people you deal with seem like they don’t have time to help you. This was not the case with Kelly. Many people don’t realize that when you purchase a product it’s not really the product, it’s the customer service for that product that really matters. You won’t know how good the service is until you have a problem with that product. Kelly made that easy and I will continue to purchase and to recommend ATN.
