When I received my micro pal the coil in my wax heater didn't work no biggie, no one's fault but the manufacturer. But, to ship it back you all made me pay for shipping.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the issue with your micro pal. A replacement has been sent, and we covered the shipping costs on our end. We appreciate your understanding!

I have used the transporter in the past and loved that. The Aegis 2 is smaller and heats faster. I get about a good 3-4 uses out of one charge and only take about an hour to recharge. Great consistent vape with custom temperature control
