I like but have a problem To buy more tan 500 dlls

I think it's a great product, but more attention to the packaging and shipping/tracking would have enhanced my total experience. It would be nice if the packaging were environmentally-sustainable and custom-fitted to secure the products through the delivery process. I received a bubble-wrap mailer with loose pieces in plastic bags and small boxes with no idea how to assemble. I was able to find guide online and there may have been a card with a QR code on it, but it was confusing. Also I wasn't sure when the package would arrive. It would have been nice to have an email once the item was delivered. I think I even received an email to review the product before I had received it. I really have no complaints, but want to provide accurate feedback.

Everything happened so smooth from begining to end. Can't wait to buy another mega mystery box

Reliable Product This is my 2nd Atmos Jump. I had the first one for years and loved it.

Shipping charge was for "expedited delivery". This was not/did not manifest it self. FedEx shipping can be done in 3 days. It took 8 days which is not expedited shipping, nor was it worth the extra fee. The product is fine and seems too be good quality.

The items I ordered were great! But the freebees were useless! Thanks anyway!

I've left voicemails AND used the ticket system on the website, only to be ignored at every turn.
