I am missing an item from my order and I still have not received my REFUND! Not happy at all !

Every batery sent was dead and not only not take a charge yet started overheating beyond handling which had to be put outside safely on the driveway.

Also give me free gifts,but the jump is a quality little herb stick.

Pleased with purchase of my vape pen. The only thing I wish is that the mouthpiece was a little smaller, only cause I’m a newbie and I have to be really careful cause of the amount of vape gets in my throat! I never was a smoker. Great price. Would have been nice if the shipping wasn’t so high?

I bought the atmos Ole bundle. When it arrived, there were no instructions on how to use this vape pen, No manual just a tag that said go to the website to get instructions. The website had no obvious link to manuals and a search yielded no results of any kind. I searched the internet and found a general guide a consumer posted. After charging the pen up, it seems not to work. I emailed atmos asking if there was a way to test it or any other helpful information but my only reply was this survey, so here it is. Suggestions are to make the manuals available and respond to the emails in a useful way.

Have not received order after 14 days.
