I’m a bit upset when I receive an email about a review for an order that I haven’t received yet. I’m looking forward to getting my purchase, but I feel like it’s taking a LONG time to arrive.

Processing a return is a months-long process, as the company will not respond. The company advises to NOT send multiple emails, as it places your request at the end of the line. However, it was necessary on every communication to send at least two emails over a period of three weeks. When the return is approved, the email does not provide a return address, thus another multiple email exchange. When the address is provided, it is an address in China, despite the jewelry being shipped from a U.S.A. location. My package was a 5 x 7 mailing envelope with two sets of hoop earrings and the international mailing cost was close to $40 - over half the refund amount. My experience in the past has been that items sent to China are returned undeliverable. Thus, I bit the bullet and took the 25% refund and kept the items. It took 3-1/2 months to get this resolved.

NEVER received my ORDER !!

Do not buy from this company! The necklaces I purchased came from Asia, were very cheap, lightweight and looked like they'd been purchased from the Dollar Store. The customer satisfaction and return policy is meaningless, because upon trying to return you are told it has to arrive back in Asia, at your expense, within 30 days of receiving them.None of this is clear prior to making a purchase which is deceptive. Not quality at all despite their website presenting itself as such. They are counting on you not being able to return the items to Asia in time and therefore loosing your money. Absolute rip-off! I feel conned.

Ordered 7/22. Haven’t received. Tracking doesn’t work.

The earrings arrived reasonably quickly and the packaging in order. My wife loves the earrings and she is very happy with them. Thank you .ps I highly recommend Atma for their jewellery. Really beautiful.

Ankle bracelets was to small. I can't wear them. Waste of money. Highly disappointed.

This was my 1st time ordering from your company and I loved the necklace that I purchased the price was very reasonable and I love the quality of my purchase so much so I recently placed my 2nd order a different necklace set.
