If there was a zero thats what I would give them. I ordered 2 anklets in July and to Date I have NEVER RECEIVED THE JEWELERY. They emailed me asking fir review. How could I give a review for goods NEVER received. I have sent numerous emails to which I have received NO RESPONSE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AGAIN NO RESPONSE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. The least they could do is respond to the email with an explanation instead NO RESPONSE

Absolutely disappointed anklet came to small. When I contacted the company they wanted to sell me extra links. The ad said money back guarantee. Keep emailing but no reply. Very sad I work hard don't like throwing my money away

Be very cautious! I purchased a ring and never received the item in the mail. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service. I have still not received my jewelry or a response from the company. I was charged for the item too. I would NOT recommend! I changed to two stars because I finally received my order today! The ring is not the quality as advertised. I would not buy from them again. Ever.

Atma is asking for a reviewing of the jewelry and even said in the email that I should have had time with my jewelry piece to give it a review. I have NOT even received my order and it's been since 8/2. I have emailed the contact 3 times with no response. What I can say at this point, that customer service is not good. If I ever receive my order, I will give a review on the item.

I sent out a review the other day. The anklet that has my initial on it makes my leg turn green. The rope bracelet was very cheap looking abd it arrived knotted. I know it was a free gift, but honestly, I wish you didn't it. I had to throw it out, because it was so damaged.p

The earrings were totally not worth the shipping. They are microscopic. Another overseas ripoff in my opinion. They are pictured in such a way to get your attention but that is not what you get.

If less than one star was possible I would have selected that. I was charged for the ring I purchased but the tracking I was provided isn’t even a real tracking site nor have I ever received the item. I have filed a claim with my credit card company in hopes to get my money back.

Earrings are smaller than expected, didn't take a long time to arrive, but I will not order due to the delivery company, they walk halfway up to the house and toss the package, so disrespectful and lazy, then they don't respond, so rude! I'll give the earrings to my daughter, she likes smaller earrings! again won't order from this company!
