The bracelets DID NOT fit. The plus size advertising was false. The clasps are hard to clasp. There is no additional give to the bracelets. Extremely disappointed!!!! I am interested in a full refund. Please be in touch.

Have not received my jewelry yet. Not sure why you are sending a survey. It has been 2 to 3 weeks since I ordered.

I have not gotten my order and i have been checking the tracking link and there is never any updates on it. I have reached out via email with no response. I WILL NEVER place another order with your company again.

Received broken earring. Was not damaged in shipping. Broken part was not even in the bag. Was just intentionally shipped broken. Contacted the company. Got silence. Pretty stuff. Not good quality. Even worse customer service. Also, link for review only works if you initially select the 5-star rating from the email.

They suck!!! I placed my order September 16th and I friggin knew better bc it was coming from China, it still hasn’t even shipped yet and today is Oct 3rd! Whenever I email them I get some BS response!! I purposely ordered through PayPal so I can make sure I get my money back.
