I have placed an order on Nov 18..today is Dec 12 and have not received the two orders. I write to Atma and never get a normal answer. They say track the order but it never gives a delivery date. Atma keeps sending a review asking how I like my jewelry and I keep telling them I didn't receive it so how can I give a review. I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!

I love the necklace, I just wish it was a little bigger. I got it for my daughter who lost a daughter at the age of seven.

The bracelet is gorgeous. It was easy to resize with the included tool. The shipping took almost a month since it came from China. Even to Hawaii it took that long. Love it. Wear it everyday.

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. This company is a complete scam. They are based out of China and the quality of jewelry they sell is deplorable. I ordered a chunky stack of bracelets and when it arrived it looked like poor quality costume jewelry. 3 out of the 5 pieces were made of plastic. I tried to return for a refund because on their website and the email confirmation of my order said “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and Free Returns within 30 days”. When I contacted them to return the items for a refund they told me the return would be at my expense or they would give me a full store credit or 25% refund. Like I said, they are based in China so the cost of the return was expensive plus they don’t guarantee they will accept the return until they receive it. Also there is no customer service number to call and speak to anyone. Yet another red flag. 🚩 WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Today I received my order, after having multiple conversations with their help centre telling me they have no record of my order and me having to go to my bank as I thought I had been scammed… the products are really beautiful. It’s just a shame that the order centre/help centre aren’t more helpful as it could save the company and customer a lot of drama
