I’m sorry I couldn’t give five stars, even though I had a great experience. I just received my "Angel" necklace and nearly cried. I love the angel charm, but I was disappointed that the name engraving was so small I couldn’t read it. I had to take a picture with my phone and enlarge it. It’s a shame because the writing is beautiful. Thank you for this meaningful gift from me to me—my daughter would have loved it too.

My order was an ankle bracelet with extenders. When trying to add the extenders to the bracelet they didn’t fit. I couldn’t close. I reached out to them and I’m still waiting on a response. I have sent at least 20 messages and they didn’t respond. I sent videos showing the issue and still no solution. I looked on BBB and they have several complaints against them. Do not do business with them.

I liked the service, the item i ordered came and looked as expected.

I would’ve gave 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. Totally garbage, the anklet is too small and too gold looking. It look fake. It’s not worth the price at all. Do not purchase!!

I would love to give you 5 stars but unfortunately it takes a while from the time you order until you receive your merchandise. I love your jewelry. I just wish I could have it sooner. I am now waiting on a replacement necklace and a necklace and bracelet set my daughter ordered for my birthday which was ordered on or before December 9th. Hopefully, I'll receive it before the end of the year!

I received the jewelry , I am not satisfied, I thought it was smaller than what I received. I want to return them but I am having trouble speaking to someone. When this happens , it causes a person to not order anymore with this company.
